Building Services
New Build Projects
Constructing a building from an empty site is always a challenge. Building regulations change and alternative methods of construction are often utilised. Some of our sites have used solar power for water heating, and with greater insulation reduced the energy required to live in the house. Bespoke properties are air tested to ensure that the warm air within the building is not wasting away. As energy saving becomes even more important, Warman Building Company will be using the latest technology to ensure compliance with and if possible beyond the current building regulations.

Small Build Projects
Oak trees come from small acorns, similarly some of our larger contracts have come from small jobbing works. These jobs are often reactionary and require a rapid response, often the works being completed in a single day. These reactionary jobs are carried out in domestic, industrial and public buildings where our staff work discreetly to complete the tasks as requested. In public buildings such as hospitals, work may need to be carried out early mornings or night works so that the work place is not disrupted. Warman Building Company looks after your acorns.
Listed Buildings
Working on a listed building, one is reminded that you are not the first to have put hammer to wall in a particular building. Works in these buildings are restricted depending on the grading and requires the input of the Listed Building Inspector, who will indicate what materials can and cannot be used. This approach maintains the character of the building whilst allowing a move towards modern standards where appropriate. It is always interesting to see what was used and how the various elements of the building were put together. With many years' experience Warman Building Company is well placed to use conservation approved lime products and approved construction materials, in your listed building "caring for the future".

Extensions
Buildings change and evolve in their lifespan. These changes are often to make bigger, more modern or to change the use. Our recent works involved forming a shop and storage at Crackmore petrol station in Milborne Port; extending and providing modern toilets in the church hall at Milborne Port, enlarging and forming toilets at Mudford village hall and forming three extensions at a town centre nursing home. These works together with domestic extensions, using brick, stone or cladding has allowed Warman Building Company to fulfil clients expansion visions, on time and on budget.
Let us help you with your vision.
